Tragic to Magic is a dog rescue service that pulls together a core team of animal advocates, veterinarians, volunteers, and strategic partners to develop local outreach and to rescue and treat as many rescues as we can handle, including tragic cases that would otherwise not survive.

We are dedicated to rescuing and caring for the countless abandoned, abused, malnourished, and unwanted animals in Baja California. Our mission is to provide essential services such as sterilization, immunization, and critical veterinary care, ensuring their health and well-being. Through our efforts, we strive to match each animal with a loving forever home, offering them a chance at a brighter future.

Emergency Rescue
Tragic to Magic's emergency rescue team is on call 24/7 to respond to animals in need. We work with local authorities and other organizations to ensure that animals are rescued quickly and safely.
We provide comprehensive medical care to every rescue under our care. Our team of veterinarians and volunteers ensure each dog receives the essential medical attention needed to recover. Along with physical rehabilitation, we provide socialization with humans and other animals working with professional dog trainers and animal therapists.
Group Foster Care
Our rescues are welcomed into our personal homes. Through our group foster care approach, we provide temporary shelter for each rescue, offering a safe and nurturing environment where they can heal from their past and socialize with other dogs.
Tragic to Magic is committed to educating the community about responsible pet ownership and the importance of adopting. We work with schools, local organizations, and community groups to spread the word about our mission. We strongly promote the spay and neuter message to the public.
