Lawrence (Larry) Paul Voller

Larry was a great friend in college. Over the last few years he saw on Facebook that I was doing dog rescue and he make several generous donations. Before he passed he had his fiance send a donation and to tell me to keep the Magic happening. He had a huge heart.

Michele Haber

Michele discovered me at Dog Adoption Events in 2018 and jumped right in to assist. She became a regular Tragic To Magic volunteer. I admired her sharp, intellectual sense of humour, and I knew she was an east coaster. She told me about Boston and how she would never return to the ice.

She came by an adoption event a few months back. Despite everything that was going on, she inquired about me and listened to my boyfriend's problems while smiling and laughing. She simply informed me what was going on in her life. There was no "poor me."

She said she was going to St. Lucia and would make out with every dog she encountered. When she returned, I told her she should foster an older dog for company.

What a lovely, brave young lady. I will never forget her, and I consider myself fortunate to have known her. I know exactly where she is right now. She’s hanging out with the dogs on the other side of the rainbow bridge....that is when she is not being a guardian angel for all the people she cared about. She was thinking about other people till the day we lost her. She told her friends about Tragic To Magic, and several of them donated. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you all. I will honor her by continuing to rescue the dogs she loved.

Some of the donors have chosen to remain anonymous but I’ve listed the them here.
